CoraAiVault is a decentralised token and liquidity locking platform operated by a team based in Seoul, Republic of Korea. Our platform is accessible at coraaivault.xyz.

CoraAiVault does not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, or physical address to use the Platform.

Information collected automatically:

— IP address (anonymised where possible)
— Browser type and version
— Device type and operating system
— Pages visited and time spent on the Platform
— Referring website or URL
— General geographic location (country/region level)

Information you provide:

— Wallet address (when you connect a Web3 wallet)
— Transaction data submitted to the blockchain through our interface

We do not collect, store, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords under any circumstances.

When you interact with CoraAiVault's smart contracts on the BNB Smart Chain, your transactions are recorded permanently and publicly on the blockchain. This includes:

— Your wallet address
— The token address you lock
— The amount locked
— The unlock date
— Transaction timestamps

If you wish to maintain privacy, you may choose to use a wallet address that is not publicly linked to your identity. CoraAiVault has no mechanism to associate wallet addresses with real-world identities.

We use the limited data we collect for the following purposes:

Platform operation: To provide, maintain, and improve the CoraAiVault platform and its features.

Analytics: To understand how users interact with the Platform, identify popular features, and diagnose technical issues. Analytics data is used in aggregate and is not linked to individual users.

Security: To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security threats.

Legal compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes, including requests from law enforcement where legally required.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

CoraAiVault may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience on the Platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device.

Essential cookies: Required for the Platform to function correctly. These cannot be disabled.

Analytics cookies: Help us understand how visitors use the Platform. We use privacy-focused analytics tools that anonymise IP addresses and do not build individual user profiles.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality. Your wallet connection preferences may be stored locally in your browser to improve your experience.

CoraAiVault integrates with or links to third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

BNB Smart Chain / BSCScan: All on-chain transactions are publicly visible. BNB Chain operates independently of CoraAiVault.

CoinGecko API: Used for token name search functionality. Subject to CoinGecko's privacy policy.

MetaMask and other Web3 wallets: Wallet providers operate independently and have their own privacy policies.

Vercel: Our platform is hosted on Vercel, which may collect server logs and performance data. Subject to Vercel's privacy policy.

CoraAiVault is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review their policies.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect any data we hold, including HTTPS encryption for all Platform communications and secure server infrastructure.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Because CoraAiVault does not hold user funds or custody private keys, the security risk to your assets from CoraAiVault's systems is minimal. Your asset security depends primarily on the security of your own wallet.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data:

Right of access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to erasure: Request deletion of your personal data where applicable.
Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
Right to object: Object to certain processing of your data.
Right to portability: Request transfer of your data in a machine-readable format.

Note that blockchain data is immutable by design and cannot be deleted or modified, regardless of any data rights request. This is a fundamental property of blockchain technology.

We retain analytics and log data for a maximum of 12 months, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Blockchain transaction data is permanent and cannot be deleted.

We do not retain personal data beyond what is necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

CoraAiVault is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.

If you believe a child under 18 has used our Platform, please contact us immediately.

CoraAiVault is operated from the Republic of Korea. If you are accessing the Platform from outside Korea, your data may be transferred to and processed in Korea or other countries where our service providers operate.

By using the Platform, you consent to such transfers. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will notify users through our official X account or Telegram channel.
